Shipping & Returns
Shipping
After placing your order you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.
- All orders on in-stock items are processed within 4 business days.
- Ensure all address fields in cart are correctly entered when placing your order. Terms Design accepts no responsibility for incorrect or unsecure delivery addresses.

Order Cancellation
Orders must be cancelled via email, within 24hrs of recieving order confirmation.
Orders cannot be cancelled after this period.
Returns
When raw material is processed during fabrication, imperfections in surface appearance may arise. These imperfections are inherent in the manufacturing process and do not constitute return.
- Major defects must be reported within 3 days of reciept of items to be eligible for return.
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
Care Instructions
Stainless Steel
Clean with microfibre cloth and diluted pure alcohol only. Dry with soft cloth.
Powdercoated Steel
Clean with damp microfibre cloth.
Dry with soft cloth.
Coated Wood
Clean with damp microfibre cloth.
Dry immediately with dry soft cloth.
